The Managing Body

The Governing Body of VJSS duly elected by the General Body consists of eleven members with representation from Professionals, Team Members, CBO leaders and Community Leaders. The Governing Body functions as the main decision-making body with the day-to-day management is cared under the leadership of Mr. Baidyanath Baral, Secretary General.



Chief Functionary

Mr. Baidyanath Baral, Secretary General, functions as the Chief functionary looking after the day-to-day management of the Organisation. Mr. Baidyanath Baral, Secretary General, having experience in Overall Management of projects and acquired the expertise on management of institutions/ shelter homes for Children & women in distress, Senior Citizens DIVJANGAJANs ( differentially able), drug addicts, urban shelter for urban Home Less. In social front VJSS works on SHG Formation & management, Water & Sanitation, Health and Hygiene, Human Resource Management, Disaster Management, Agriculture and livelihood. With the motto of working for the economic enrichment of poor and vulnerable communities residing in slum/ urban areas and the marginalized poor of Odisha. Mr. Baral represents in number of National and State level Committees, Organizations and Federations. Number of times awarded for his noble work by different associations and bodies.



Target Populations

Children, Orphans, Adolescent girls, Community based Organizations, with focus on the beneficiaries groups like Women, Children, physically challenged, Scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, elderly population and traditional artisans.
